Cross County workouts today after school. Meet at south end zone on track!

The American Red Cross and HOSA club of Avery High are sponsoring a blood drive on September 14th. You may donate blood if you are 16 years old and have parental/guardian permission. If you are 17 or older, you do not need to get permission. Sign-ups will be during both lunches. Each unit you donate can save three lives.
The next driver education class will begin THIS Saturday, Sept. 11.
You must be 14 and half to be in the class- 8:30-2:30 Be on Time. Bring money for snack machines or your lunch, paper, pencil.
If you are interested in attending GEAR UP discovery weekends, please pick up an application in the GEAR UP tutoring room.
Any Jr or Senior in Talent Search interested in getting an SAT fee waiver, sign up at the Talent Search table in the Library. There is a limited number of waivers available at this time, so do not wait to sign up.

Recycling units have been placed in each pod-please leave them in the pods-as we can get more units teachers may have one in their room. Please encourage students to recycle PROPERLY.. REMEMBER-NO LIDS OR LIQUIDS.
