This form must be submitted and complete by Friday, January 26th at 1:00 p.m. We will begin the process to allow changes at that time. You must meet this deadline in order to be considered for a change in your encore classes. Changes can only be made if there is room in the class you wish to add, but we will do everything we can to make the changes you request.
