We will be taking Santa pictures tomorrow. In the event we are out of school our makeup day for Santa pictures will be Tuesday, December 9th.

Good morning 3rd grade families,
As you know today is a remote learning day. Yesterday was an assessment day for us and we did not send home iPads as we were working until the end of the day and did not see any forecast of inclement weather.
Each student should have a red folder for Math and Teal folder for ELA, which contains work for Remote days. Students should do work on Day #2 today. Both teachers will offer Google Meets today, however since we did not send home iPads, it will not be required to join the meets today, Wednesday, December 3rd. Each Google Meet has a QR code attached to their Remote Day work.

Tomorrow will be our makeup PTO meeting. One of the items we will be discussing is Christmas store. Our PTO meeting starts at 6:00pm.

Please remember during Field Trips students must ride the bus back to the school unless written permission from both parties has been given and approved prior to the Field Trip departing the building. Once the Field Trip leaves the building only the legal parent/guardian may pick up the student.

Good Evening Crossnore Families,
First we would like to say thank you to all of our past and current veterans that are serving the country that we love. It is because of our veterans that we have the freedoms and privileges we enjoy today.
Tomorrow we will be having our Veterans Day breakfast. We will start welcoming Veterans at 9:30am when we open our doors. Our Veterans breakfast will start at 9:30am and run through 10:45am.
Lastly, I need to correct our rescheduled PTO meeting. Our rescheduled meeting will be on Monday, November 24th @ 6:00pm.
No PTO meeting tonight. We will reschedule for next Monday, November 17th.

Tomorrow is Halloween and students may dress up as their favorite book character if they would like. We ask that student costumes not be scary, use blood or violence. No hoods, full face coverings or weapons can be used as part of the costume. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

Tomorrow is the last full day of Book Fair. If parents and/or grandparents would like to come in tomorrow after school to buy books with students they can do so from 3-4:00 pm. The book fair will be open 1/2 day on Friday.
Monday will be our woolly worm races. If your student would like to race a woolly worm please have them bring one to school. If students bring extra woolly worms to share with classmates, it would be great.
Amazing Shake will take place as normal tomorrow but, will be in the Gym from 3-4:00pm
